I’m noticing that I usually start off posts about babies or kids with, “ohhh sweet baby” or “soooo precious” or “ahhhh!!”, because of cuteness overload. I tried to fight it… but I just can’t do it.

Ohhh this precious little peanut!! My niece, Lillian, was born January 26, and she’s just perfect. I got to sneak in and take pictures right after she was born, and then took some newborn photos of her when she was four days old. Here she is, folks.

Avery was right by lillian’s side the WHOLE time, and had plenty of questions for the nurses. What a hoot.

Ohhh these blue-eyed beauties!! I laughed throughout our entire session… this family is wonderful, and their love for each other and for the Lord is so apparent when you’re around them. Not only are they our neighbors (lucky us!!), but Bailley was in the youth group I interned for back in the day when she was a little junior high girl :) and Marcia was the awesome nurse who got to give our son, Cooper, all of his first shots and tests in the hospital.

I had the honor of taking pictures of sweet Shanna’s family last week! Beautiful day, beautiful family… it was perfect.

and then they ended the session with surprising their parents with silly string… so fun!!

This sweet family is in charge of all the greatness that goes down at The Watson Building. I’ve shot quite a few weddings/receptions there, and it’s an awesome venue! And turns out, it’s great for taking pictures of families, too :)

ohmygoodness. This family is just the greatest!! Not only are they all hilarious, but they are all beautiful people, inside and out. I’m one lucky gal to have these peeps in my life.

Oh these people. They’re so special to me and my family. It all started when I was a  youth intern in college, and jubeanju and trevor were in the youth group. We grew so close, and I even ended up living with them the summer before Jordan and I got married. Sweet times, LOTS of laughs, and a home away from home. These people are amazing, and grammy pammy and mr. mark have given us a glimpse of what it’s like to raise a family to love Jesus in everything. SO thankful for that.
