Woowooo another Mini Session! I’m getting this whole working-during-Cooper’s-nap thing down. Laundry, dishes, and cooking can wait until later, right? ;)

Once again, another sweet family I’ve photographed twice before… Let me tell you what’s weird. When I start thinking about how I took their pictures last year… and then I start realizing how much bigger their youngest is… and he’s walking! and talking! And then I start getting excited for those big milestones in Cooper’s life. But then it hits me how fast it’s all going to go. I guess there’s a reason why everyone says, “you better enjoy it – it goes fast.” Yeah yeah…Let’s stop talking about that business.

I’ve been photographing this guys for a couple years now, and it’s been so fun to see their family go from two to three. We were actually in the same child birth class… haha love it! Their little one wasn’t feeling too great the night of our shoot, but she sure powered through and was cute as can be.

Ohhh such a sweet family! It was such perfect time with the Greshams… lovely weather, precious baby, and enjoyable company. Heidi told me how important this session was to her because she’s always the picture taker… I can totally relate :) So it made me even more excited to capture their family.

Here are some samples of the cards I’m offering this year. All text and colors can be changed, and cards are printed on high quality, 5×7, double-sided card stock.

My amigas over at Lullaby Lubbock are doing a super fun blog series called Summer Essentials, and they’ve been having guest bloggers each week telling about their favorite products, hobbies, ideas, etc. for the summer. What a fun idea, huh?

You just know when a family loves each other. I knew right away that this family has a special bond, and I loved getting to be around it during our session.

Goodness, these boys are growing so fast! Watching them play together is the best form of entertainment, ever. Love this family!

I knew the time would come when the Booths would move away. But hot dang, it sure did come faster than I could have ever imagined.

I’m totally not going to get all emotional in this blog post, because I’m suppressing all of those emotions until later… You know, until they’re actually gone, so that way I’ll be sitting at home with a newborn all by myself, wishing I could hear McKenna’s sweet giggle, or hear Saved by the Bell playing in the other room, knowing Ella is absolutely loving every second. Or having Allison to talk to or hang out with at any given point throughout the day… Or laughing at Bob’s constant stream of jokes… I guess I just got emotional. What can ya do.

It’s been a fun season. We’ve gone from acquaintances to friends to roommates with this sweet family. And my camera likes them, too. From fun in the sunflowers, Christmas Card pictures, to Birthday Parties, and other randomness, and most recently, sweet baby McKenna coming into the world. Goodness… so much fun.

Okay, but onto the reason I’m writing all of this jibba jabba. It only made sense that they had one last family session here in the LBK. So here it is folks.

Of course our dogs have become BFF as well.
