It really kind of blows my mind when I think about the time we met the Dormos. We lived in Texas and were visiting Boston for ASW (admitted students weekend), and I was still pretty hesitant with this whole moving-to-Boston thing. One of the nights we were in Boston, a lot of the different clubs through HBS were having little hang outs, and we stopped by the Christian Fellowship social. That’s where we met the Dormos, and I immediately felt at ease after talking to them. God definitely used these peeps to get me more excited about HBS.
And look how cute they are. Oh my.

It’s a bittersweet place here at HBS. All of the second-year families have one foot out the door and will be making a new place their home. I know that at the end of our time here in Boston, I’ll be wanting some photos of our family to capture this special place and time in our lives, and I’m so happy I get to do that for other families as well.
You might recognize this sweet family from my last post – Cooper & Elliott’s birthday party.

Are you kidding me?! Elliott takes cute to a whole new level!

While we were in Texas, so many of our friends brought precious little babies into the world up here in Boston. The day after we got home, I did some newborn pictures of this sweet 3-week-old. And of course, her big brother!

Kate had this adorable idea to do with Alden and his trains… LOVED IT!

such a sweet big brother :)

Remember when I said I’d be posting more pictures of sweet niece, Molly?
Guys, she’s wearing a tutu. I can’t even handle it!!

These were just from me and Molly hanging out one day, but I wanted to share them, too. Such a sweet little peanut.

Guys. This family is pretty impressive. Both Ted and Jaclyn (Dad AND Mom) are students at Harvard Business School. AND they have a 5-month-old. No big deal.
And they’re basically all models.

Jason and Becca are sweet friends of ours, and Noah is their fun-lovin’ kiddo with an imagination like I’ve never seen before. I remember when I first met Becca via Facebook, and our hubbies had justĀ found out they got into HBS. She mentioned it had been forever since they’d had family photos. I remember thinking, “hmmm we’ll have to fix that.”
So here they are! Updated family photos! Yayyyy!

Cutest curly hair, and cutest chubbiest baby ever. Such a great combo :)

somebody thought it would be fun to throw leaves on mom and dad :)

I know the sweet Donovan family through Jordan’s section. He and Brian are both in Section J, so we were reppin’ the Lions during this Mini Session! (don’t you know the Lions are the mascot for section J?!)
Once again, another precious family. I sound like a broken record – I know.

The fire alarm (thanks to some burnt popcorn) kept Levi from taking his nap, so when the Lingenbrinks showed up for their mini session, Levi was PASSED OUT asleep. I mean, like completely out. But man, his momma started making him walk around and he perked up in no time. That’s just what happens on picture day. Things that wouldn’t happen any other day, and that totally throw off whatever is normal. But everything went perfectly!! See for yourself :)

Aren’t those pigtails amazing?!

Fall in Boston is amazing. Just in case you haven’t already picked up on that.
